HNB acquires $1.64 Million judgment and permanent injunction against online streaming business and its operators. (BaileyIPTV)

On February 10, 2020, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas entered judgment in favor of HNB’s client against BaileyIPTV and its co-defendants, awarding statutory damages under the Federal Communications Act in the aggregate amount of $1.64 million, and permanently shutting down the Defendants’ streaming service. The court also ordered the Defendants to turn over the domain names, receivers, and software applications that were used in the operation of the service to HNB’s clients.
